Comments:
The bacteriological sample range report for 2015 indicates satisfactory water quality was maintained within the distribution system throughout the year. Of the 401 samples submitted for analysis, two (0.50%) were positive for total coliform bacteria. These findings are very consistent as in previous years.
Please provide an update on your progress with implementing a cross connection control program, and the accompanying by-law development. As we discussed, by-law authority is considered essential to assure backflow protection assemblies are tested annually in accordance with minimum manufactures specifications.
We have credited RMOW for developing a Source Protection Plan for 21 Mile Creek, and modified your Conditions of Permit accordingly.
Thank you for your updated Emergency Response and Contingency Plan, and the dedicated effort in producing a comprehensive annual report.
