116	Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment Observation: Bare wood wooden blocks being used underneath the glasswasher. These wooden blocks are rough and not easily cleanable. Similarly, the shelves on the trolley in the backroom is rough and not easily cleanable. Corrective Action: Any rough wooden surfaces must be finished with a waterproof coating to render them smooth, non absorbent and easily cleanable.
505	Food premises maintained in a sanitary condition (Sec 17(1)) Observation: Lot of broken glass ware observed underneath the glasswasher in the back bar. Water ponding observed in a corner of the back room. This is a reoccurring violation.It appears that this area is not being cleaned. Corrective Action: The back bar and the back storage room need to be cleaned of all the broken glass ware. Proper water drainage is required in the backroom to avoid accumulation of water in the corner. Take appropriate measures to ensure that water spilled on the floor in the back room is properly drained into the sewerage system. Installation of a floor drain or comparable measures may be required.

This inspection done to assess any rodent infestation related problem in this facility. Rodent activity has been reported in the building in which this facility exists.
No signs of any rodent activity observed at the time of this inspection.

Note: The mechanical glass washer in the back room has now been relocated.
