Observation: The facility was using soap and bleach in combination as the food contact surface sanitizer at the time of the inspection.
Corrective Action: For a food contact surface sanitizer, the solution must be a dedicated sanitizing solution, not in combination with any other agent. The operator agreed to use a dedicated bleach solution at > 100 ppm as the food contact surface sanitizer from now on.

Comments:

General cleanliness and sanitation of facility was very good.
All protective temperatures met health requirements
Dishwasher and glassware washer were both sanitizing properly.
Handwashing stations were well stocked with soap and paper towel.
