Inspection conducted to take a look at the new salad bar:
All prep for the salad bar is done in the main kitchen, service is done with tongs, no hand contact with the food occurs in the salad bar area. Salad bar is not self service.
Temperature of food products were measured at 4C at the time of inspection.
sneeze guards are in place fro both the salads and baked goods.
Food is on ice in stainless steel bowls/inserts.
Maintenance items that were noted on the previous report are still outstanding and scheduled to be addressed during the off-season.
Christine's has been shut down for the season.
