Comments:

Facility not in operation at time of inspection due to construction. Inspection conducted to assess renovations to facility.

No concerns noted with renovations to the facility except where noted.
All surfaces are smooth, non-porous, and easily cleanable except where noted.

Deficiencies noted at time of inspection:
Some sealing in required in the corners next to the pass through of the facility.
Some walls in the kitchen area were not finished with a durable, easily cleanable, non-porous surface. Refinish these areas with a high gloss paint.

Approval to operate is given this date. Remaining deficiencies to be corrected by November 16th, 2010
