113 - Improper Sanitary Facilities: a paper towel dispenser has been purchased and will be installed once a suitable location is decided.
115 - Inadequate Insect / Rodent Control: an inspection of the building was conducted to determine if there are any potential access points for pests and it was decided that the most likely entrance points are through the door and/or window when they are left open. A meeting was held in November with the pest control contractor to discuss any additional pest control measures for the premise.
A brief inspection of the building was conducted: organization was greatly improved since the last inspection. Further work is required to thoroughly clean the facility - including all counters, corners, window sills etc. in order to enable effective monitoring for signs of pest activity.
