Comments:

Following violations from the last inspection report has been corrected:
1. Blenched potato fries and the garlic in butter is being stored in the refrigerator.
2. The temperature logs are being maintained.
3. Raw meats are being stored in the lowermost shelf.
Following items from the last inspection report are still outstanding:
1.The lighting has been improved in the dry storage area, but it is still not enough to facilitate cleaning.
2.The water line in front and above of the ice machine is still leaking. This needs to be corrected immediately.
3. The cleanliness conditions around the ice machine has slightly improved. The inside of the ice machine needs to be cleaned and sanitized. At the time of this inspection there were no empty bottles in the ice packaging area, please ensure that the old practice of using this area for the empty bottles is not resumed and this area is kept clean to pack the ice in a sanitary and safe manner. The ice must not be packed until the leaky pipe above the packaging area is fixed. The ice scoop and the bucket must be run through the dishwasher daily and right before starting the packing operation. The ice packing area is still a concern and needs more attention.
4. The chlorine test strips for the dishwasher has not yet been provided.
