Observation: 1. Milk/dairy fridge - showing signs of old age - door seals damaged and worn. 2. Lid to refrigerated prep table has crack that has been repaired with duct tape.
Corrective Action: 1. Repair/replace door seals to dairy cooler - to provide surfaces that are smooth, durable, and easy-to-clean. 2. Refrigerated prep table cover requires repair or replacement (no duct tape).

Comments:

The following items noted (in compliance with regulations):
- Liquid handsoap and paper towels provided at handwash sinks
- Refrigerator temperatures recorded 4C, or below.
- Freezer temperatures recorded -19C
- Quats sanitizer provided for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
- Dishwasher provides 100ppm chlorine
- Food storage well organized
- Temperature logs maintained daily
- Pizza station - all conditions satisfactory.

To do:
- Ensure all foods stored on shelving a minimum of 6 inches up off floor (walk-in cooler)
- Transfer open packages of dry-goods to food-grade containers with tight-fitting lids.
