- Seal or paint bare, wood shelves in kitchen area.
- A janitorial storage area must be provided to store brooms, mops, pails and cleaning compounds.This area should be located away from food handling areas and enclosed with a door.
- Please provide self-enclosing device for washroom door which faces the restaurant seating area.
- Please designate an area for employee personal belongings.
