Observation: OUTSTANDING from 07.06.2005 - Existing 2compartment sink is not adequate for menu... additional handbasin previously installed, but faucet remains unconnected to hot and cold running water.
Corrective Action: 1.Menu changed to prepackaged foods and hard ice cream only (Please post revised Permit in view of public.). 2.Connect faucet at handbasin to hot an cold running water.
