Comments:
Dishwasher chlorine concentration is 100ppm, the minimum required level is 50ppm. Recommend reducing the level of chlorine in the dishwasher to save on chemical costs. Shelving in the dish area and the floor/wall paint finish behind and underneath the dishwashing area is beginning to deteriorate and will eventually need to be refinished. At the moment, the finishes in these areas can still be cleaned and sanitized.
Premises is generally well maintained. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Temperature logs are complete and up to date.
