Comments:
Follow up inspection.
The following items from the previous inspection has been corrected:
- Both glass washers are providing 12.5 ppm iodine in the rinse water.
-The floors underneath the counters and near the glass washer in the back room are relatively cleaner this time. However, the beer bottle caps and broken glass has again started accumulating in this area. The operator to start daily clean up in these areas.
The following items are still not corrected:
- A paper towel roll not provided on the front bar.
- No soap and paper towel on the back bar.
- No water ponding observed in the back room this time but none of the construction/maintenance related items have yet been addressed.
The operator is requested to advise the EHO on how he is planing to address the maintenance/construction related items on the 15 Jan, 2015 inspection report in order to improve the cleanability in the back room. Hand washing related violation needs to be immediately corrected by providing soap and a paper towel rolls on both bars.
