Corrective Action: All foods in this cooler were relocated. This unit should not be used to store foods until it can maintain temperatures at or below 4C. A maintenance person began investigating this matter before the inspection concluded. |
105 | Critical Inadequate Cooling & Refrigerated Storage of Potentially Hazardous Food(s) Observation: Foods in the top drawer of cooler# 12827 measured 16C. Corrective Action: Seafood batter was discarded. Foods should not be stored in this unit until it can maintain temperatures at or below 4C. |

This may be as a result of improper seals on the doors and/or some drawers not closing properly. Corrective Action: The entire unit should be inspected and repaired so all drawers slide out smoothly and all drawers and doors seal completely when closed. |

Comments:
With exception of 2 coolers noted above, all temperatures met regulatory requirements.
Temperature logs were up to date for all units.
No signs of pests.
Dishwasher measured 71C at the plate during final rinse.
Food storage acceptable.
