116	Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment Observation: One of the toilets in the women's washroom is not working. Corrective Action: Repair the toilet within 3 weeks.
507	Equipment, utensils and food surfaces are washed and sanitized (Sec 17(2)) Observation: The glasswasher does not dispense soap or sanitizer. Corrective Action: Repair the glasswasher immediately. As a temporary measure, for tonight's service handwash the glasses using a water in a large container of soap, followed by rinsing throught the glasswasher followed by immersing each glass in a sanitizing solution in a large container as described on site during the inspection. A follow up inspection will be conducted on Monday January 27th, 2014

Comments:

Premises is otherwise generally well maintained. Bar area cleaning and sanitizing appears to have improved since the last inspection. Follow up inspection on Monday to tet the glasswasher
