Comments:
The kitchen was not operational during this visit. Had a discussion with operator regarding plans to better pest proof the lower kitchen. Outstanding items that will be checked during next inspection are as per the December 23, 2010 report and include:
1. Signs of pest activity in the storage room at the end of the corridor (bar side of restaurant).
2. Wood shelf used to store inserts next to hand sink has bare wood edging that is porous and cannot be easily cleaned.
