Observation: Several food display refrigerators were found above 4 Celsius. Pika's burgers, wrapps, WCG and Deli. These units must be adjusted to ensure food is maintained at 4 C maximum.
108  Critical Improper Cleaning, Sanitizing of Equipment and Utensils
Observation: The wash/rinse temperatures in the downstairs dishwasher are below minimum acceptable. Repair unit/hot water booster and in meantime use chemical sanitizer supplement.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Replace damaged ceiling tiles as discussed. Repair/repaint drywall where damaged - fill all holes. Some additional cleaning in hard to reach areas, including floor drains, etc.
