108 - A sanitizer solution of bleach and water is now available for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Spray bottles and sani-buckets for wiping clothes are in use; ensure these solutions are prepared to a 100-200 ppm (1/2 tsp / litre of water).
122 - A food safety plan has now been completed and approved.
115 - Screens have been placed in the windows and the backdoor to the kitchen was closed at the time of inspection.
