Observation: Enhanced cleaning is required behind and underneath equipment.
Corrective Action: Clean behind and underneath grill, underneath and behind dishwasher as well as on the underside of the dishwasher area in hard to reach areas. Raise the pop syrup boxes off the floor. Reinspection in 1 week.

Comments:

Premises is generally well maintained. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Temp logs are up to date. Hot holding reaches 60C as required at time of inspection - Good. Dishwasher reaches 50ppm chlorine in the sanitizing rinse.
