Comments:

Large pot in dry storage to be placed in dish washing area, never stored in dry storage.
Bags of rice not to be stored above shelves under light. Wooden table to be removed from pipes in dry storage.
Pallets needed for onions and charcoal in dry storage.
Staff washroom needs to be organized, this has improved. Tile on floor needs to be redone. Ceiling tile should be replaced. Manager checks liquid soap and paper towelling. Staff needs to wash hands frequently.
Dishwashing area has improved. Wall area at the side needs cleaning.
Recommend mactac covering on shelving in dry storage and shelving beside dish washing.
Kitchen shows good improvement. Keep ceiling clean and clean hanging drop ceiling. Reviewed bleach/water and cloth sanitizing, reinspect in 1 week.
New stoves have been installed.
Freezer and cooler - food storage is good.
