A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

Observation: The plexiglass display case has a damaged panel.
Corrective Action: Replace damaged panel.
507   Equipment, utensils and food surfaces are washed and sanitized (Sec 17(2))
Observation: Utensils that are washed and sanitized at the mobile cart are not going through a proper sanitizing step.
Corrective Action: Ensure that all utensils are washed first using soap, rinsed, then sanitized by fully submerging and soaking in a 200ppm quat solution for 2 minutes (or length of time specified by chemical manufacturer). Sanitized items do not need to be rinsed after sanitizing, just allow to air dry.

General Observations
-Temperature of freezer unit meets regulatory requirements.
-Thermometer available for monitoring temperatures.
-Mobile unit equipped with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel for hand washing and sanitizing solution.
-Food storage areas are acceptable.
-Staff person on site has Foodsafe Level 1.
