Corrective Action: 2. Ensure all ceiling lights in kitchen are covered with shatterproof plastic covers.

Corrective Action: 1. Change flooring in dry storage room from carpet to a flooring that is smooth, non-absorbent, easily cleaned and light-in colour.

Observation: Raw oysters are on current menu, however, raw oyster advisories were not provided for customers.
Corrective Action: Manager confirmed that new menu will be coming out in next few weeks. Raw oyster advisory will be posted on new menu.

The followng items noted at time of inspection:

- Refrigeration temperatures recorded 4C, or below = good.
- Freezer temperatures recorded -18C = good.
- Clean, wiping cloths stored in sanitizing solution (Quats 200ppm) = good.
- Foods in coolers covered, labelled, well organized.
- Dishwasher sanitizing rinse recorded 75ppm chlorine.
- Liquid handsoap and paper towels provided at all handwash stations.
- Raw seafood observed thawing under cold, running water = good.
- Food Safety Plans available on-site
- Staff knowledgeable of safe food handling practices.
