Comments:
Premises generally well maintained. The line cooler inserts next to the oven are not in use - good. A long term solution to the issue of the heat transfer from the oven negatively affecting the inserts in the cooler is recommended. As it stands, the all cooler temperatures were below 4 degrees celsius at time of inspection, all hot holding reached 60C or greater. Temperature logs are complete and up to date. No violations noted.
