Observation: The test strips to measure the sanitizer levels in the spray bottles/sanitizer dispenser are not available.
Corrective Action: The test strips to measure quat sanitizer must be provided.

Comments:

General observations:
The high temperature dishwasher is sanitizing at more than 71 Degree Celsius on the dishes.
The sanitizer dispenser is providing >200 ppm quat solution.
All the temperatures are meeting health requirements.
