Comments:
Discussed the results of this follow up inspection with Eri Clark, the restaurant manager.
The following items from the last routine inspection has been addressed:
- Sushi display cooler is now running at 1 degree Celsius.
- Soap has been provided on all the hand sinks.
- No excessive water observed around the ice machine at the time of this inspection.
The following items still needs to be addressed:
- The walk in cooler door and the seal has not yet been repaired.
- Sanitizer test strips have not been provided.
The outstanding items will be followed up at the time of next routine inspection.
