109.1. Wall-mounted paper towel dispenser available at handwash station in kitchen.
2. Dishwashing area - Floors have been cleaned/coving installed behind sinks.
3. Floors have been cleaned, however floors are 10 years old and in a busy kitchen, are showing wear and tear. Floor renovations for the near future are in the plans. Please maintain cleaning schedule for all areas of facility.
4. Ventilation hoods, and filters cleaned weekly.
5. Stainless cap on half/wall beside sinks has been installed.
6. 2 new FoodSafe trained staff in kitchen.
