Site visit conducted to discuss plans for bar service on the patio. Met with building manager. Advised that a set of plans must be submitted to the health department indicating the layout of the space, location of bar/equipment/tables etc, and written summary of the type of service that will be provided including a description of drink preparation that will be done on the patio.
