Comments:
Inspection conducted due to foodborne illness complaint.
The following items noted at time of inspection (in compliance with Regulations):
- Refrigeration temperatures recorded 4C, or colder.
- Freezer temperatures recorded -19C
- Cooked foods hot-holding above 65C (soups, chili, sauces)
- Visible thermometers inside all coolers
- Temperature logs maintained daily
- Wall-mounted liquid handsoap and paper towels dispensers at all handwash sinks
- Quats sanitizer (200ppm) provided in spray bottles for sanitizing food contact surfaces
- Dishwasher provides 100ppm chlorine in sanitizing rinse
- Food storage well organized (foods stored minimum 6 inches up off floor; raw meats on bottom shelves of coolers; foods covered, labeled, dated)
- Open packages of dry goods transferred to food-grade containers with tight-fitting lids.
- ice scoop stored in sanitary manner (scoop stored n washable container outside of ice machine).
