Observation: Juice bottles are being stored in the drink ice.
Corrective Action: Do not store bottles in the drink ice as this may lead to contamination of the ice - corrected at time of inspection.
113   Repeat Improper Sanitary Facilities
Observation: Handsink was covered with a service tray at the time of inspection; soap is not located next to the handsink.
Corrective Action: Handsink must remain accessible at all times. Soap dispenser must be relocated closer to the sink. Ensure single use towels are used for hand-drying.

Comments:

This facility provides service to the pool area, all food and beverage service is provide within a designated area of the deck. All food preparation is done in the main Fairmont kitchen.
