Corrective Action: Operator was shown how to make a bleach solution at 100ppm to use as food contact surface sanitizer. The operator agreed to use this as the sanitizing solution from now on and make a fresh sanitizing solution daily. This is to ensure food contact surfaces and clean in place equipment will not only be washed but also adequately sanitized. |

Comments:
Dishwasher was sanitizing properly. 71 degrees Celsius at the dish.
All protective temperatures met health requirements and all the refrigeration units had an accurate thermometer.
The general cleanliness and sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
