Comments:
Met with the manager Graham at the time of this follow up inspection.
The following items from the previous inspection has been corrected:
- The sanitizer dispenser is now providing 200 ppm quat solution. Please keep labelled sanitizer spray bottles available in the kitchen and on the bars.
- Soap and paper towel provided on the front bar.
- Thermometer provided in the upright cooler in the kitchen.
- The freezer is running at below -18 degree Celsius.
- Soap provided in the staff washroom.
- The back room has been cleaned in the corned.Please make sure this area is kept clean.
As per information provided by the manager, he is currently working on the options for relating the mechanical glass washer out of the back room.
The manager to attend the next available foodsafe level 1 course and forward a copy of the certificate to the EHO.
