Observation: All potentially hazardous foods are not thawed under refrigeration or in cold water. Frozen chicken wings were taken from refrigerator where they were thawing and placed onto counter to continue thawing process - corrected at time of inspection.

Observation: Plans for renovations received and approved subject to Approval Letter 12 Dec 03. Outstanding area to be addressed includes: 'Cleaning compounds and equipment must be stored separately from food preparation and storage areas. A janitorial sink and adequate storage facilities must installed by January 30. 2004.' Re-inspection of completed renovation on or before 30/01/04.
