No violations were found during the inspection


An inspection of the area was conducted and significant improvement was noted for cleaning. Further work is required to ensure that hard-to-reach areas where food and debris tend to accumulate are cleaned on a regular basis as part of an on-going effort to mitigate fruit fly problems and ensure overall sanitation is maintained. There were no fruit flies seen during today's inspection. Installation of kick plates to prevent accumulation of debris under equipment may not be feasible due to air circulation requirements. As long as these areas are routinely cleaned including pulling out movable equipment, this will be sufficient.

Pest control program was discussed with pest control company in November; arrangements are being made with the Chief Engineer to have reports forwarded to the health department.
