This inspection is to follow up on today's afternoon's routine inspection. At the time of this inspection, the repairman was working on the glass washers. The operator to use disposable cups to serve drinks or to sanitize the glass ware manually after running through the glass washer. A follow up inspection is required after the glass washers are repaired.
