Comments:

Items addressed from previous inspection report:

1. The perforated ceiling tile in the prep area has been replaced.
2. The refrigerated inserts for baked potato dressings have been emptied and are not currently in use. This unit will be serviced and not used until it can maintain foods at <4C.
3. The soup warmer temperature was adjusted - soups are now being held at >60C.
4. Sanitizer buckets are now being used to store all wiping cloths.

The foods in the cooler still need to be dated. This was discussed with the deli manager during the follow-up.
The floors in the deli prep area will be replaced in September.
