Corrective Action: Ice machine storage room requires renovation. Floors must be resurfaced, to proved a flooring that is smooth, non-absorbent free from cracks and crevices, and easily cleaned. Holes in walls and ceiling must be repaired, to provide surfaces that are smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleaned.
