Comments:

The following items from the previous routine inspection has been corrected:
- Bleach sanitizer available to sanitize the food contact surfaces. As per information provided by the staff, all utensils and food contact surfaces are sanitized in 100 ppm bleach after washing and rinsing.
- Soap and paper towel available on the hand sink. Paper towel is provided in a dispenser in the staff washroom.
- The old cash register has now been removed.
-Construction related items have now been removed from the top of the hot water tank.

The following item still need to be addressed:

The only food handler working in the store is not foodsafe certified. As per information provided by the staff, she is trying to enroll into next available foodsafe course in Whistler.
The operator to forward a copy of the certificate to the EHO upon completion of the course.
