CONDITIONS OF PERMIT
1.Mobile Unit is approved for food service of menu limited to pre-packaged, prepared foods from an Approved Food Premises Critics Choice Caterers Ltd. (North Vancouver), as per Food Safety Plan.
2.Any alteration to menu requires an approved Food Safety Plan.
3.Single-service dishes and utensils for food service only.
4.FoodSafe trained personnel must be at Mobile Unit at all times during operation.
