Comments:
Inspection conducted this date with operator to assess corrective action taken since the last inspection with respect to sealing of the premises. Enhanced sealing of the downstairs room next to the kitchen storage has been completed so that the 2 storage rooms have each been sufficiently sealed in all visible entrance points for pests. Enhanced baiting has been conducted and door sweeps have been provided in all doors in the downstairs area. A walkthrough of the perimeter of the building was also conducted with no entry point noted (except for some space was observed on the outside of 2 pipes below the front entrance to the building - please ensure that this is sealed).
Prior to the next routine inspection in the winter- ensure the two storage rooms are completely cleaned and swept to facilitate pest control monitoring and to judge the effectiveness of the recent enhanced exclusion measures. Further, please provide professional pest control to continue baiting in this area to also monitor the effectiveness of exclusion measures.
