Corrective Action: Focus on the following areas: On top of and behind the dishwasher, the tap handles of the handsink, surface wiping the shelving adjacent to the handsink, underneath the greasetrap, the bar drink dispenser gun holder, and underneath the refrigeration equipment in the storage room. |

Comments:
Temperature logs are complete and up-to-date. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Kitchen flooring has recently been replaced. Fryers scheduled to be replaced with smaller units with wheels.
