Observation: Area under cooking equipment has missing tiles and a grease build-up.
Corrective Action: Floor tiles must be replaced under the cooking equipment.

Comments:

Items that have been addressed from the June 27/08 report:
102 - The cooler has been reorganized, raw meat is now separate from the ready-to-eat foods.
108 - Sanitizer in the dishwasher was measured at 50 ppm chlorine = good.
110 - chemical buckets are no longer being used for food storage.
116 - Walk-in cooler doors have been painted, now a cleanable surface.

All cooler temperatures were satisfactory (<4C) at the time of inspection.
