Observation: Prep cooler and drawer cooler temperatures measured above 4 degrees Celsius, food moved to an alternate cooler.
Corrective Action: Cooler must be serviced and monitored to ensure it is capable of maintaining the temperature of food below 4 degrees Celsius prior to use.
114   Improper Garbage Storage And/Or Removal
Observation: Fruit flies noted around garbage bins in service area.
Corrective Action: Ensure regular removal of recycling in this area to help control the flies.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Shelves in the milk cooler in the bar area are rusted, cooler is in need of cleaning.
Corrective Action: Ensure all coolers are cleaned and maintained on a regular basis.
