Spoke with Beaven, Chef for the Mix by Ric's Grill.
The line cooler has not yet been repaired but no food is currently being stored in it.
At the time of this inspection, the restaurant was not open for business and Chef Virgilio and the manager Alma was not available to comment on the corrective actions on the outstanding violations.
A follow up inspection is required.
