Observation: deli case items (salads, meats, ready to eat items) are stored above 4 degrees F, ranges up to 12 degees C internally. These items discarded by operator at time of inspection. All other deli, meat and fish storage temperatures are satisfactory.
113   Improper Sanitary Facilities
Observation: hand wash sink in the meat department is blocked by meat saw, suggest storing meat saw elsewhere.

The purpose of this inspection was to follow up on high hazard food storage temperatures in the deli, fish and meat department only.
