Follow up inpsection.
The following items from the previous inspection have been corrected:
- The only food handler working in the store at the time of this inspection is Foodsafe certified. As per information provided by the staff all the food handlers have now registered for Foodsafe level 1 training. The district EHO to verify the completion of the training within a month from the date of this inspection.

The hot holding unit was not turned on at the time of this inspection. However, two electronic timers with alarm have been provided by the pizza holding units. As per information provided by the staff, the left over pizza on the display case is transferred to the walk in cooler for cooling within 1 hour after cooking. The operator is advised that the time tracking system must be followed for the each pizza batch and any future hot holding related violation may result in a violation ticket.
