Fridge light fitting repaired, freezer light fitting now protected, condensate water now plumbed to the external sink, ventilation grills now cleaned, hand towels available, food contact surface sanitizer available and temperatures being monitored. Walk-in freezer still requires resealing/decorating - planned for completion mid May 08.
