Comments:
The facility was built to the specifications in the original approved floor plan.
Quats sanitizer is being used to manufacturers specifications.
All protective temperatures meet health requirements.
General cleanliness and sanitation of facility is satisfactory.
Second bar did not have glassware washer installed at the time of the inspection. Until the glassware washer is installed the glasses will be bused over to the other glassware washer for cleaning and sanitizing.
There was much excess materials left over from last owner that are going to be removed. A follow up will be conducted to ensure new storage practices are good.
