Corrective Action: Ensure that an appropriate sanitizer is used to wash dishes. Bleach bought by staff at time of inspection. Warewashing poster provided at time of inspection.

Observation: Onions, flour and salt stored on the floor.
Corrective Action: Ensure that all food is stored off the floor to protect the food and to facilitate ease of cleaning. Dry goods should be placed in plastic containers. Corrected at time of inspection.

Observation: A freezer is being stored outside of the premises.
Corrective Action: Cooling equipment must be stored inside of the premises. The equipment must be rearranged so that the freezer is not stored outside.
