Permit to Operate is issued this date subject to the following conditions:
1. Remove all construction equipment from the premises prior to operation.
2. Provide extra shelving and/or storage for the facility.
3. Provide proper coving and ensure the floor/wall junction is properly sealed.
4. Seal all of the holes around the pipes in the kitchen.
5. Seal the front door of the facility against pest with a door sweep or equivalent.
6. Provide a Food Safety and Sanitation Plan for the facility in 2 weeks using the templates provided by email.
7. The BBQ station must be inspected and approved before operation can commence - the BBQ station must be located immediately next to the kitchen and cannot be located on the porch unless plumbed handwashing is immediately available
