Soap and towels provided at hand wash station, cross-contamination exposure from copper parts of C02 soft drinks equipment not yet investigated, cross-contamination prevention device not fitted to ice making machine, the area beneath the bar/ice maker is still dirty, water is still dripping from beneath the condenser of the walk-in cooler. The motor pulley and belts of the glass washer are still exposed and awaiting fixed guarding.
