Observation: The ice machine upstairs was removed and the drainage pipe has not been capped, so that some sewer gas is present.
Corrective Action: Cap the pipe to prevent entry of sewer gas.

Corrective Action: Clean the fan covers for the walk in cooler.

Observation: 2 line coolers are running at 10-12 C at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action: Food discarded at the time of inspection. Repair the 2 walk in coolers so they maintain 4C. Re-inspection this friday morning.
701   Operator has written food handling procedures in place to prevent health hazards (Sec 23 (2))
Observation: Temperature logs are not complete and up to date.
Corrective Action: Make sure that temperature logs are completed every day. Reinspection for this item on friday.
